Ask Yourself What is Always True.
My health coaching clients will often tell me how successful they have been in the past at losing weight and getting healthy. They’ll tell me tales of when they were ‘in the zone’ and really ‘hardcore’ about their health - and how losing weight came easily.
But then something happened.
They fell off the wagon.
The holidays hit.
They went on vacation.
Things got really stressful at work.
Suddenly that ‘zone’ became a wide open field and all their good efforts were undone.
Has this happened to you? You’re super-focused and motivated and everything seems to click - and then one day, seemingly out of nowhere, it just….ends?
My question to you would be this: When you are ‘in the zone’, what do notice as being always true?
What circumstances are always in place, always lined up, always true for you when you are able to be your very best?
How are you thinking?
What are you doing?
Who are you being?
What factors have to be in place in order for you to be your best self?
